    Most importantly:
    - Make sure you are using Google Chrome browser (except iPhone, iPad);
    - Close all other apps that can use the camera or microphone;
    - Check your antivirus settings (or disable it).

    If the microphone doesn't work?
    Allow access in the browser
    Read below how to do this
    Make sure the microphone is turned on in the settings

    Reset your PC
    Often computers accumulate errors, and most of them are solved by restarting the system.
    Causes why the microphone may not work
    • Check your connection
      Perhaps your microphone is not connected to the computer or not fully plugged in.
    • Used by another application
      If any application uses your microphone, it may not be available for other applications.
    • Faulty wire
      The microphone may not work due to defects in the wire with which it is connected to the computer.
    • Faulty microphone
      Faulty microphone. It is possible that your microphone is out of order.
    • Disabled in Device Manager
      The device can be working, but it can be disabled in the Device Manager..
    • Not regulated
      Check the microphone sensitivity in the settings and increase it
    If there is no video?

    • Drivers are not installed or corrupted
      You need to update the camera drivers.
    • Disabled in Device Manager

    • Used by another application
      If any application uses your camera (e.g. ZOOM), it may not be available for other applications.
    If the camera is crossed out
    (picture below)
    It means it is disabled
    You can turn it on by pressing the button on the keyboard with the same image. These are keyboard shortcuts:
    fn+ESC
    fn+F8
    fn+F10
    If it didn't help
    In this case, you should delete the camera through the device manager and restart
    the computer. Right-click on the MY COMPUTER - CONTROL PANEL -DEVICE MANAGER. Find camera and delete it.

    If the slides are not visible
    Cause 1 
    You have ad-blocking enabled or another program (browser extension) designed to filter content. It could be programs such as: unblock origin, Adblock Plus, Ghostery, AdGuard and others.

    Solution: delete or disable the extension. They are displayed in the upper right side of the browser.


    Cause 2
    Some ISP block the server where the images are stored. Sometimes it happens but very rarely.

    Solution: follow the instructions below to enable them
    (when pressed, the picture will increase).

    If there is no sound?
    Check the volume settings
    Make sure the sound is turned on in the computer settings
    Restart your PC
    Often computers accumulate errors, and most of them are solved by restarting the system.
    How to allow access to the camera and microphone if it didn't happen automatically
    1. In Google Chrome
    2. In Windows 10 settings
    You need to open the privacy settings of the camera and microphone separately and
    allow access for applications (click on the pictures to make them bigger)

    Start - Settings - Privacy - Camera (and then Microphone) - there should be On option.
